The Lord be with you. And with thy spirit. Lift up your hearts. We lift them unto the Lord. Let us give thanks unto the Lord our God. It is meet and right so to do. It is indeed meet, right, and our bounden duty, in every place of thy dominion, to render thanks unto thee, almighty Father, for thou art invisible and ineffable, beyond all mortal understanding and comprehension, existing forever and unchanging.
