The Lord be with you. And with thy spirit. Lift up your hearts. We lift them unto the Lord. Let us give thanks unto the Lord our God. It is meet and right so to do. It is meet, right, and our bounden duty, always and everywhere to give thanks to thee, Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. [Insert Proper Preface] Therefore we praise thee, joining our voices with Angels and Archangels and all the company of heaven, who forever sing this hymn to proclaim the glory of thy Name: Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of thy glory.
